Review:
This book is the third of the Harper Hall Trilogy, and is part of the Dragonriders of Pern series.
When Piemur, friend of Menolly and thorn in the side of the Masterharper's voice breaks, he thinks his life at the Hall is over. Little does he know that the fun is just beginning. Under Robinton's instruction, young Piemur is sold off as a drummer's apprentice and he runs messages all over Pern His talent also gets him in trouble as the other Drum apprentices take a dislike to him and play nasty jokes. He is taken off the Drumroll as he is almost killed in a practical joke. This turns to his advantage in one of the biggest adventures of his life. I could continue to tell the tale, but the rest must be read in the original version. I give it 4 Claws Up!
