Synopsis: The Doctor, (in his 4th Incarnation), and his current companion, Sarah Jane Smith, return to London in the TARDIS, hoping to be reunited with the Brigader and the rest of UNIT. They find London deserted, and that it's being invaded not by Daleks, not by Cybermen - but Dinosaurs?!

Review: Don't let the title scare you away. The Dinosaur Invasion does not read like a horrible B-movie. In fact, the dinosaurs aren't that important at all. A group of people plan to go back in time to Earth's Golden Age where the dinosaurs existed. The plan is to transport the dinosaurs out of that era and into the 20th century, while they go back in time, and mankind starts over and thousands of years of history are gone like That!

Of course, the Doctor won't stand for this, and he and Sarah Jane Smith and all your favorites at UNIT plan to stop the group before Earth's timeline is obliterated.

Plenty of action in this book and the race against time will have you on the edge of your seat. The characters are written just fine, but I thought it was strange to see Mike Yates, a character in UNIT who's been in the series for a while, go crazy and betray everybody. The villans of the piece aren't that interesting and not really memorable (see, I forgot their names already!), but they don't feature that much anyway.

So, once again, if its action Doctor Who style you want, go read The Dinosaur Invasion.

NOTE: This is one more that is limited availability. Prob. can find it used inthe UK, but here in the States might have to special order.
