Review: Another great book from the X-Files series, Die, Big, Die! by Les Martin, is based on an episode from the first season written by Darin Morgan. A nice, easy to read book for the afternoon or evening. You will be finished with it before you noticed. A bug exterminator has been ordered to a house. Cockroaches are all around. He is spraying some pesticide inside a hole in a wall. He sees another cockroach on the wall. And sprays some stuff on it to. But the bug doesn't drop dead. He throws the bug on the floor. Then squashes it with his foot. A stinging pain goes thru his foot. And the bug runs away. The owner of the house comes down and sees the exterminator lying on the floor. Covered with cockroaches. It has been a while since I saw this episode. But the memory came right back while reading this book. The thing I really liked about the book was the easy way to read it. Very short chapters, so if you had to stop you didn't have to stop in the middle of a situation. The book has only 102 pages. It was finished before I really noticed. And the story is a true X-Files. Is there something bad to tell about the book? Not in my point of view.
