Synopsis: A group of loggers are trying to decide if they should stay or leave the site. Loggers have been disapearing during the night for the past two days. No one knows what happened. One thing is sure, they want to survive. So they put off all the heavy equipment and all start running in a different direction. But will they make it to out of the forest before nightfall... Review: Based on the teleplay written by Chris Carter, this is another book in the X-Files series, Episode 2 from the first season. Mulder wants to look at the resemblance of this case with the disapearance of a group of loggers years ago. Scully doesn't see why this is an X-File, but ok, this case will be like a walk in the woods... They find some sort of cocoon hanging on a branch. Scully goes up and cuts down the cocoon. They find a human body in it. Almost mummified. I still think that this episode is one of the best episodes from the entire X-Files series. I always liked it. The X-factor in the episode. Not knowing how things end. Bad thing, I only could think of one thing. The book is way to short. The Truth is out there - and in here!
