These 6 books are an amazing collection of adventures from a never before looked at part of the Star Trek universe. In reviewing these books I know that I don't want to bring you too much information…I don't want to ruin it for you. Just trust me, you must read these books. The review I bring you here is nothing compared to the excitement in the books themselves. Prepare yourself for a Trek that's out of this universe!

The Federation is an organization built from over 200 member species, who all seek to bring peace and prosperity to a galaxy without pain or suffering, but there are those on the not-so-distant horizon who seek the undermine their efforts.

Journey with the crew of the legendary Starship Enterprise as she escorts 60,000 colonists out into deep space to their new home, Belle Terre. In "Wagon Train to the Stars," many secrets about the lost years between Star Trek: The Motion Picture and Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan are revealed.

A six-month distance from the Federation's farthest borders, Belle Terre offers a strange new environment full of adventure for Evan Pardonet and his eager colonists. Over 70 ships are assigned to carry these gallant people across the cosmos, with the Enterprise as their only defense. Strange new aliens are out there, and unlike many species in the Federation home territory, these people don't cower upon hearing the Federation name.

The Kauld and Blood have been feuding for generations, but now a new species is entering their space, and both seek to steal technology for the other's benefit. Captain Kirk is up against a whole new set of rules that he may not be able to break.

This series of books, six in all, chronicles nearly three years in the Enterprise saga. Different aliens, different characters, and different surroundings all serve as a backdrop for Captain Kirk's greatest mission ever, but there is more at stake than he knows.

This book is a great read for any true Star Trek fan, and it gets 5 pips!
