Review: The Visual Dictonary is exactly as it sounds, a dictionary accompanied by pictures for everything we see in the Classic Star Wars Trilogy. From Lando's teeth to the Rancor - it's here!

With the help of excelent quality pictures from the Classic Trilogy, the "Visual Dictionary" shows us the high-details of the characters clothes, weapons, devices and ships. It gives background history to the characters we know and love (Luke, Leia, Han Chewie, etc. ) as well as previously unknown and interesting facts. It also gives us background info to the supporting characters (in the case of the Cantina Crowd and Jabba's Entourage - you might know this stuff if you've read Tales of the Mos Eisley Cantina and Tales of Jabba's Palace).

Some stuff (and facts) are even made up especially for the book, like the inside of a Stormtrooper's helmet, food Yoda eats, and my favorite - Boba Fett's weapons! The details on the character's clothing are explained, like battle scars and rank insignias. You even find out the reason for the buttons on Darth Vader's belt! You look inside the wires of C-3P0 and what R2-D2's various arms really do, aliens, different droids, the different Imperial soldiers and leaders, and more.

Alot is crammed into these 63 pages where everything is explained in incredible detail and previously unknown facts about your favorite characters are revealed. A great reference book for the Classic Trilogy and an absolute must-read for any Star Wars fan, the Visual Dictionary is a visual masterpiece.
