Old Friends: Obi-Wan Kenobi, Qui-Gon Jinn, Guerra Synopsis: It's Obi-Wan's 13th birthday, and it's his and Qui-Gon's first official mission together as Padawan and Master. Until something goes wrong and they are hurled into a brand new mission, leaving Obi-Wan to fight for his memory before all is erased. Review: The book opens at a marketplace on Bandor with Obi-Wan abd Qui-Gon on their way to their transport to start their mission. Suddenly, some twisting, turn of events lead them into a new and unexpected mission. Right at the beginning of the book you begin to learn more about the relationship between Master and Padawan. You also learn more about some of the new characters and some more information about Obi-Wan's past. Also, the book is short - this is a total of 138 pages - can easily be read by adults or children. The books are written and intended for younger readers, but it still is a good one. Overall, it was great with its action, and it gives good background on some old friends we know fromthe Star Wars movies and/or new faces brought to us through this new series of books.
