Review: The Yuuzhan Vong have been harrassing several New Republic systems, and present themselves with a threat that requires the New Republic to join hands and fight together. Leia Organa Solo, her Noghri bodyguards, and Danni Quee are sent off on a diplomatic mission to help persuade the Imperial Remnants to help them in the fight against the Yuuzhan Vong. Senator A'Kla is going to Dubrillion to bravely communicato to the Yuuzhan Vong about a peace treaty to stop this war altogether, and ask just what they want. It has been decided that the New Republic wil not support any of the Jedi's missions to stop the Yuuzhan Vong. But they continue their research in finding the secret that wil stop them. When they do find it, a new question arises: Will the New Republic live long enough for them to do what it takes to stop the Yuuzhan Vong? If not, they are doomed to total destruction. Excellent Book! Some of the events in this book surprised me, which made it even better. I wanted to know how they would fight off the Vong, which kept me reading. This book is good for anyone who likes action. Action books are my favorites - This is another must read.
